THE DARTS (US): New Video Single | Fall US Tour Dates

Not even a year has passed since Phoenix/LA garage-psych superstars The Darts (US) self released two 10" vinyl EPs, signed to an international record label, performed multiple tours of the US and Europe and have just completed their debut full-length album, "Me Ow" - which is now available for pre-order and scheduled for official release at the end of September by Dirty Water Records(London) on both vinyl and CD, recorded and mixed by Bob Hoag (Flying Blanket Recording), with drum recording duties carried out by Paul Roessler (Kitten Robot Studio)

The first single and video 'The Cat's Meow" (co-written with co-author of "My Heart Is A Graveyard" and Underground Garage DJ John Carlucci) purrs and growls to the dark, sultry, fuzz soaked delivery of Nicole Laurenne (The Love Me Nots, Motobunny, Zero Zero), Rikki Styxx (The Two Tens, The Dollyrots, Thee Outta Sites), Christina Nunez (The Love Me Nots, Casual Encounters, The Madcaps) and Michelle Balderrama (Brainspoon) prancing and prowling around all over glorious Super 8, filmed in Phoenix and Los Angeles by Kevin T. The band will kick off the first leg of their Fall US tour in Salt Lake City on September 9th, with Australia’s Living End for six shows across the Pacific Northwest and West Coast, followed by six more West Coast dates with sensational, Swiss garage punks The Jackets through October 2nd.

After further performances in Los Angeles and Tempe, the group will then head to Austin on November 17th with French rock-duo-throbs Escobar (FR) for eight shows across the Southern US, finishing up at Phoenix’s Valley Bar, for a very special Dirty Water Club USA night.

The Darts will have THREE European tours in the works for 2018 with Adrenalin Fix Music, who'll be guiding these missiles over the continent for maximum impact. If you want The Darts to play your town, get in touch!
