​elephant hosts insight event on Moving Britain

Last week, the elephant team hosted an insight seminar for the business community on property trends, drawing on three pieces of summer market research commissioned by the firm.

The event, organised by elephant's Head of Events Nicky Brooke, hosted at elephant’s office was attended a mix of national and regional businesses and represents the first of a series of monthly insight events. Last week's event was the first to also feature a business leader panel discussion, which was replayed live to the local radio station.

elephant's annual tracking research provided the opportunity for property and professional services professionals to review the trends in consumer confidence and outlook and also to consider home improvement trends and outlook in the Buy to Let market.

elephant MD Guy Bellamy presented the headline themes from the data, with a guest academic  from Southbank University offering comment and further analysis and chairing the panel discussion that followed.
