Meet Oumph! New award-winning plant-based food from Sweden at Just V Show in London
Food for Progress presents Oumph! at the Just V Show, which co-locates with The Allergy & Free From Show in London's Olympia 7-9 July. Stand: V105.
Oumph! is a new award-winning mouth-watering food from the plant kingdom. Oumph! is also part of a wider concept within Food for Progress and a tool for igniting positive change in the way we create, prepare and enjoy good food on a global scale.
Oumph!, which is made from soya beans, has increased a flow of new consumers to the plant-based food sector, both in retail and food service. In Sweden, Oumph! increased the category growth in retail by 24% over the past year. In 2016 Oumph! was awarded Food Product of the Year by the Swedish Grocers Federation.
"The Oumph! products are designed to create cravings for a wide audience, including families, foodies, chefs and fast food loving vegans. The Oumph! Product Range
Oumph! is completely plant-based, free from gluten, dairy and nuts.
The Oumph! range of products are easy to cook. They are versatile and suitable to grill, boil, sauté, deep-fry or heat over an open fire.
Pure Oumph! leaves plenty of room for chefs to get creative. The Pure Oumph! comes in three varieties: The Chunk, The Strip and The Filet. Pure Oumph! contains nothing but soya protein concentrate, water and salt.
Spicy Oumph! is an entire range of Oumph! products, seasoned with our own spice mixes such as: Pulled Oumph!, Thyme & Garlic, Kebab Spiced, Salty & Smoky, Tandoori BBQ, Tarragon & Lemon, Grill Spiced and Bibim Oumph!

Just V Show co-locates with The Allergy & Free From Show, which is Europe's largest consumer show for free from foods and lifestyle. This year the organisers are estimating more than 35 000 people will visit the show over the three days.

Oumph! is coming to the UK
Oumph! is currently available in all leading Swedish retail chains and it's served on the menu in a large number of Swedish restaurants. Oumph! is also available in Norway, Denmark, Iceland and Finland.
