The Southern Customer Cabinet (formerly known as the Southern Stakeholder Advisory Board) brings together both staff and passengers travelling across our network. The Cabinet offers a unique forum where views can be shared and practical ideas for improvement can be put before senior managers.
We are looking for new members to share their experience and views to help make tangible improvements for Southern and Gatwick Express staff and passengers.
As a regular passenger travelling on either Southern or Gatwick Express services, this is a great chance to review, feedback and help drive improvements at a senior level within the organisation.
Members will also have the opportunity to give advice and recommendations on customer strategy, and work on self-generated projects.
This is a voluntary position with a requirement to attend an evening meeting once every two months. The deadline for applications is 17:00pm on Friday 12th February and anyone who is interested in applying can do so online here.
