Gin Tasting at Dr. Johnson's House

Join Dr. Johnson's House for a suitably 18th-century evening sampling a range of six premium gins produced in the UK and overseas, covering a variety of styles, including London Dry, Old Tom (featuring Hernö's Old Tom Gin), Fruity, Navy Strength and Contemporary. Wine and spirit merchants Nickolls and Perks (est 1797) will be providing us with an evening of ‘Madame Geneva’ themed fun with gin expert Tim Robins.

There’ll be fascinating facts about the history of the spirit and its association with London around the time of Dr Johnson, plus a short gin-related quiz with a gin-related prize. A splendid time is guaranteed for all.
