Christmas Shutdown and last dates for delivery

The festive season is upon us and Phoenix Contact United Kingdom would like to take this opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Please take note of the dates below:

Our offices will close for the Christmas period on Thursday 24th December at 12:00 and re-open on Monday 4th January 2016 normal office hours.

Please take note of the details below to plan your orders accordingly:

• The last shipment out of Telford to customers will be on Tuesday 22nd December.
• For UK stock, customers must place their manual Fax/E-mail orders by Monday21st December at the latest.
• Online orders must be placed by 12 noon on Tuesday 22nd December.
• Any orders placed after 12 noon on Tuesday 22nd December will not be shipped in 2015.
• Exceptions in an emergency break down situation - we are able to ship on 23rd Decemeber, for delivery on 24th.
