Press release -
High-speed printer now also prints labels made from aluminium
The plastic materials, in a uniform Uni-Card format from Phoenix Contact, are extended by a further product version: with the BLUEMARK CLED high-speed printer, aluminium markers can now also be easily, quickly, and cost-effectively labelled. No conversion of the existing printer is necessary.
How the material to be labelled is handled does not change for the user: simply take the aluminium marker out of the packaging and place it in the corresponding magazine, call the material description from the CLIP PROJECT planning and marking software, input the marking data, and send it to the printer. Magazines ensure precise printing in the correct position on the signs. The labelling operation for a fully assembled magazine takes only 30 seconds and is as easy as printing on paper.
By using modern UV LED printing technology, a highly resistant print quality can be achieved, which is resistant to solvents and suitable for use even under harsh industrial conditions. In total, the current product range comprises 22 different formats for marking conductors, cables, and systems, and covers the entire field of device and system marking.
