A Foodie Adventure....

Our Executive Chef – Chris Wheeler is heading to Thame Food Festival later this month, taking over the local church and cooking at the Belazu pop-up restaurant. Set in Christchurch, on Thame High Street and open for one day only - all day, the menus are an eclectic mix of Mediterranean delights. And of course, Chris couldn’t resist adding his famous Bitter Chocolate Box from Humphry’s to the menu, a delicious way to finish any meal – naughty but nice!

The Thame Food Festival takes place on Saturday 26th September, Chris and Belazu will be cooking and serving food from 9am, kicking off with breakfast, then straight into lunch finished by serving four course dinners.

Tickets include a goody bag worth £20 from Belazu and the profits that are raised will go toward The Belazu Foundation which supports three main causes and they are a wonderful charity.
