Klaus Schroeder: how female driven innovation creates business

Klaus Schroeder is a strategy director, CEO and partner at design-people, an international danish based design consultanty specialised in people driven innovation – inspired by women. 

He serves as an advisor for international tech companies with specific focus on female user experiences. He has headed the research project initiated by design-people and he serves as expert and advisor for the European Union within gender and innovation.

At the Women Buying Power conference, he will present case studies from Bang&Olufsen, Danfoss and Vifa, showing how female driven innovations has led to new products. Product that make a difference for her, that both women and men appreciate. 

Klaus Schroeder will refer to how companies are gaining business by learning ow to embrace the needs and desires of women consumers in their innovation process, by exploring their motivations and barriers and their everyday needs.
