Advania has acquired Evolv Robotics, an Icelandic specialist in business automation, strengthening its capabilities in AI, automation, and sovereign AI infrastructure. The acquisition combines deep expertise in business process automation with Advania’s broader AI capabilities and marks the company’s first acquisition in Iceland in more than a decade.
Advania is expanding in Denmark, joining forces with Cortex Consult, a managed services provider with more than 25 years of experience and a strong customer base in the pharmaceutical sector. The combination strengthens Advania's position in a key market and broadens its managed services capabilities across the Nordics.
Advania delivered strong growth in 2025, reaching SEK 18.4 billion in revenue and surpassing SEK 2 billion in adjusted EBITDA. The results reflect increasing demand for long-term IT partnerships as organisations look to manage complexity, strengthen resilience, and unlock value from new technologies.
