    Submit your research papers to AOECS now! We are now calling for scientific papers on recent research on coeliac disease as well as papers on interesting projects concerning the disease. The call is open, all you just need a recommendation letter from a National Coeliac Society to be able to send in your contribution.

    Continued food shipments to coeliacs in Ukraine

    Generous donations and individual efforts make shipments of gluten free food to Ukraine possible. The help is coordinated and funded with help from the AOECS Emergency Fund. Until now 20 shipments with over 30 tons of food has been delivered to coeliac families inside Ukraine. This work will be continued for as long as it is necessary.

    AOECS - Gluten Free Alliance starts training sessions for food auditors to give them a good understanding of the new AOECS Standard 3.0. This new version will become mandatory for all companies licenced with the Crossed Grain Trademark as of January 1st, 2023.
