An Unforgettable Evening – Winemaker’s Dinner with Peter Vegh at Arctic Bath
On 18thof July, Arctic Bath invites you to an evening shaped by rare flavours, meaningful encounters, and moments of quiet surprise. The Winemaker’s Dinner is one of the season’s most anticipated highlights, created in close collaboration with a dear friend and long-standing partner, Peter Vegh.
Peter has been an integral part of Arctic Bath for several years, and on this occasion, he returns with a hand-picked selection of some of his most exceptional bottles. Wines you are unlikely to ever taste again.

The evening begins with a vertical tasting of wines from a family estate in Bordeaux, with roots reaching back to 1610. Each bottle holds its own story. Each vintage offers a glimpse into another time. From decades past, and, in some cases, centuries, we journey through the heritage of wine, one glass at a time. You may even discover a new favourite among the final drops, reserved especially for the evening’s thoughtfully curated menu.
This event is also a way for us at Arctic Bath to highlight something close to our hearts, our long-term partnerships and the culinary experience we offer.
Our food philosophy is grounded in nature, honesty, and the local. Ingredients from the Arctic region are interpreted with care, curiosity, and precision. Flavours that reflect the land, the season, and the Arctic expression, always with the guest experience at heart. Each dish tells a story, shaped by nature, origin, and the moment in which it is served.
