Areim strengthens the team with Carolina Herling

Areim has recruited Carolina Herling as Investment Director to its investments team in Stockholm. Carolina joins in mid-January and will play a key role in expanding Areim’s investment activities across Sweden and the Nordics, further strengthening the firm’s investment platform.

Carolina joins Areim from Savills Sweden, where she has served as Head of Investment since 2021, leading the company’s Swedish transaction advisory business. She brings extensive experience of the Swedish real estate market, transaction expertise and strong industry relationships with investors, property owners and other market participants.
