MASON SPEAKS: INSIDE THE MIND OF A MADMAN
Mondays from 19th August at 21.00
50 years ago, in 1969, nine people were murdered, seven occurred over a two-night spree in Los Angeles and included a pregnant actress named Sharon Tate. Just two years later, Charles Manson and his followers were convicted and found guilty of some of the most vicious murders to ever appear in California's long history. Cliff Shepard, a retired cold case and robbery-homicide detective with the Los Angeles Police Department, has launched his own investigation with researcher Charlie Cook to attempt to uncover the truth. `Manson Speaks: Inside the Mind of a Madman' offers new theories on Manson's motives, speaks with the only convicted Manson follower who is free, hear from witnesses, and listen to newly acquired audio recordings from Manson's time in prison.
