Bluewater Café Station Upgrade Gives Baristas More Creative Control and Espresso Consistency

Stockholm, Sweden, October 8, 2025: Swedish water and beverage innovator Bluewater has introduced an exciting update to its award-winning Café Station, designed to make brewing more intuitive, creative, and consistent — whether perfecting a pour-over or pulling the perfect espresso shot.

The update adds two new modes to the easy-to-use Bluewater app: Brew Mode and Espresso Mode.

- Brew Mode gives baristas and coffee lovers full freedom to experiment. It allows users to adjust mineral levels to highlight the best in their beans — from fruity pour-overs and smooth batch brews to crisp cold brews. “It’s like having your own flavor lab,” said one Stockholm café owner testing the update. “You can taste the difference in every cup.”

- Espresso Mode, meanwhile, provides consistent results in every shot. By automatically ensuring a balanced mineral dose of 1.5 mL per litre, the mode keeps light-roasted espresso stable and flavorful — shot after shot, day after day — without any guesswork.

Beyond the technical upgrades, the app has received a visual refresh. Users will now see a cleaner, more modern design with crystal-clear readings in milliliters and a more seamless overall experience.
