Linen Second Edition - Timeless wallpaper for tranquil homes
Boråstapeter launches Linen Second Edition. A collection of single coloured wallpapers with a continuous Linen texture to give rooms a still shimmer and a soft textile feel. Second Edition consists of 36 colour settings and is the sequel to Boråstapeter’s first Linen collection which, since its launch in 2015, adorns tens of thousands of walls worldwide.
Boråstapeter’s classic wallpaper collection Linen has been updated in this latest version. Inspiration is derived from Swedish nature, ranging from the moods of the seasons to natural materials, vegetation and minerals. The revised colour scale creates new possibilities for decorating with gorgeous colours on all four walls of a room.
“At Boråstapeter we noticed a desire for colour and joy in home interiors. Specially a longing for darker shades which give the home a warm atmosphere or create new enchanting moods” says Ulrica Hurtig, Senior Designer at Boråstapeter.
The collection’s most significant update is found in the darker colour tones which wash over and embraces you. With variations of deepest purple, grey black, blue and green seen in wallpapers: Dark Plum, Aged Black, Night Blue, Deep Forest, Blueberry Ink, Dark Jade and Foliage Green. The collection focuses on harmony and warmth, and the neutral colour palette also features with several natural and warm linen-beige and golden colours visible in the Pure Linen, Dark Linen, Linen Beige, and Golden Linen designs.
With Linen Second Edition you can fill your home with a warm and harmonious sense of silence. A calmer life has never felt closer, or easier. Linen is a timeless wallpaper for tranquil spaces. The collection has 17 new shades and contains a total of 36 colour alternatives. Launched at the end of January 2019.
