An der ordentlichen Generalsversammlung der Burckhardt Compression Holding AG vom 5. Juli 2024 nahmen 267 Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre in der Winterthurer Parkarena teil. Die stimmberechtigten Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre stimmten allen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrats zu. Die Generalversammlung genehmigte eine Dividende von CHF 15.50 je Aktie.

Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR of June 4th, 2024 The 180th anniversary of Burckhardt Compression marks a successful start to the Company's latest Mid-Range Plan, with notable achievements in order intake, sales, and operating income. Based on these results and positive mid-term market trends for sustainable energy solutions, the Company is raising its sales guidance for 2027.
In the first half of 2023, Burckhardt Compression delivered a strong sales growth of 21% despite significant currency effects. The Group also substantially increased operating income by 26% and net income by 32%. For the fiscal year 2023, Burckhardt Compression confirms its guidance and remains on track to achieve its Mid-Range Plan 2023-2027.
