Human Resource Congress For Diversity Management In Europe

The European Diversity Month initially scheduled for May 2020 is celebrated during October by Camfil & ISCID-CO.

Camfil, the leading manufacturer of premium clean air solutions, and ISCID-CO, the International Business School of ULCO, have organized together the first edition of the HR Congress for Diversity Management in Europe that was hosted on October 1st onsite and online. This common lecture is part of the partnership project between Camfil France and ISCID-CO for the CAMFILLES GEEIS-SDGs Program.

There was an introductory word from Mrs. Agnès GENEVOIS, CSR Manager & Vice President HR CEBI/MEA(Continental Europe, British Isles/Middle East & Africa) who is also the Head of the CAMFILLES program. Mr. Amen ABIASSI, the Managing Director of ISCID-CO, has spoken on behalf of the Business School.

Students & Teachers from ISCID-CO were taken part in their two Campus (Dunkerque/St Omer) and Online.

The Congress has been facilitated by Mr. Nyanyui SILIADIN who is the GEEIS-Diversity & Compliance Leader at Camfil and a part-time Lecturer for HR Students at ISCID-CO/ULCO.

The European Diversity Month is proposed by the EU Platform of Diversity Charters that has celebrated its 10th anniversary this year 2020.
