Camfil launches indoor air quality film in the Healthier Together series
Camfil has released a new film about indoor air quality as part of the Healthier Together content series, presented by the WHO Foundation and produced by BBC StoryWorks Commercial Productions for Camfil.
The film focuses on the often-unseen impact of airborne particles in indoor environments and the role buildings play in protecting the health and wellbeing of the people inside them. As modern buildings become more energy-efficient and people spend the majority of their time indoors, managing indoor air quality is becoming an increasingly important part of building design and operation.
Activities such as cooking, heating, cleaning, and normal building use can generate microscopic particles that remain suspended in indoor air. Without effective ventilation and filtration, these particles can accumulate and affect both comfort and health over time. Improving indoor air quality is therefore not only a technical challenge, but also a question of awareness and building responsibility.
“At Camfil, we work with the air you don’t see,” said Anders Sundvik, VP Product & Innovation, “When indoor air quality is properly understood and managed, buildings become healthier places to live, work, learn, and receive care.”
The film was produced for Camfil as part of the Healthier Together series, produced by BBC StoryWorks Commercial Productions, the commercial content division of BBC Studios.
