SCHAAFHEIM, Germany — As the demand for Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure continues to surge across Europe, Carousel Logistics announced the repurposing of its logistics facility in Schaafheim as a specialised hub for EV battery management. Located in the strategic Greater Frankfurt area, the facility has been extensively upgraded to meet the rigorous safety and technical demands of the high-voltage battery sector.
The 3,300 m² storage facility is positioned to serve as a critical node in the European battery supply chain. Benefiting from 24/7 operational capability and direct links to major motorways (A3 and A5), the site ensures rapid response times and seamless connectivity for industrial partners.

- Optimised storage: 3,300 m² facility including 180 m² of modern office and social spaces.
- Advanced surveillance: The site is protected by state-of-the-art thermal imaging surveillance, providing continuous monitoring to detect temperature anomalies, alongside 24/7 video security and strict access control.
- New product focus: The Schaafheim hub is dedicated exclusively to the handling and storage of NEW products, ensuring the highest standards of quality control for pristine battery units entering the market.
