Just one year after its foundation, the fully digital university is already ranked among the top private higher education institutions in Germany, underlining the growing recognition of its innovative academic model.
The German UDS is expanding its academic leadership with the appointment of three distinguished professors whose expertise spans human-centered AI, resource‑efficient machine learning, and high‑level science and technology policy.

On April 1, 2025, the German University of Digital Science (German UDS) launched its teaching and research operations as Germany’s first fully digital university. One year later, the numbers speak for themselves: more than 100 students from over 20 countries, 17 professors, and a course portfolio of four master’s programs and two MBAs, with an additional five planned.
