Rice gelée Shown at SIAL Paris 2018 and Paris Restaurant

Leading global manufacturer of engines and industrial equipment, Yanmar, has entered the food industry, with its gluten-free Rice gelée ingredient. Yanmar showed Rice gelée at the world’s largest food innovation exhibition. Rice gelée, a natural gluten-free food product made from just rice and water, was met with great interest at its first outing outside of Japan.

Yanmar Co., Ltd. subsidiary Yanmar Agri Innovation will exhibit a new rice-based ingredient, Rice gelée, at SIAL Paris 2018, the world's largest food trade fair. Rice gelée is a new food made from rice and water and is superb for improving the texture of foods, emulsification, as a thickener, stabilizer and gelling agent in breads and confectionery, hamburgers and noodles or for soups and sauces.
