Press release —
New Hotel Manager in Vejle: Anneli Returns to the Address Where Her Career Began
Core Hospitality has appointed Anneli Pedersen as the new Hotel Manager of the Four Points Flex hotel on Havneøen in Vejle. For Anneli, this is more than just a new job - it is a return to the very same address where her career in the hotel and restaurant industry began.
Anneli Pedersen assumed the role of Hotel Manager at Four Points Flex Vejle and Kirk Suites on June 1st. She brings more than 20 years of experience from the hotel and service industry, with strong expertise in daily operations, leadership, guest experiences, and employee well-being.
Most recently, Anneli worked for Arp-Hansen Hotel Group, where she has been part of the team at Wakeup Aarhus since 2017. There, she worked with hotel management across reception, guest services, food service, and staff development. She also has international experience, including roles as a wine salesperson and hotel manager in France.
Returning to Where It All Started
It is not only the hotel’s name that is new for Anneli - it is also a special homecoming.
Many years ago, she had a student job as a waitress at Restaurant Estakaden in Vejle, which was located at the exact same address where the hotel is located today.
In addition, Anneli trained within the restaurant industry in Vejle and worked for several years at Hotel Hedegaarden. These experiences have given her an in-depth knowledge of the city and the local hospitality culture.
“It almost feels like coming home. I have many fond memories from my time at Estakaden, and that makes it especially meaningful to return to this address in a new role. I look forward to getting to know the property, the team, and our guests - and to helping create great experiences every single day,” says Anneli Pedersen.
At Four Points Flex Vejle, the team is excited to welcome another leader who combines solid industry experience with a clear and approachable leadership style.
“We are very pleased to welcome Anneli as Hotel Manager. She brings a strong background from the industry and a leadership style built on visibility, presence, and engagement. We are convinced that she will be a great asset to both employees and guests,” says Tina Berning, HR Director at Core Hospitality.
During her first period in the role, Anneli will focus on becoming closely acquainted with the day-to-day operations of the hotel, getting to know the team and business partners, and ensuring strong and stable operations with the guest at the center of everything.
