Aroundtown errichtet erfolgreich in Berlin-Tempelhof Neubau mit rund 7.500 m² Logistik- und Büroflächen und vermietet für 15 Jahre an das internationale Logistikunternehmen DHL Express

Aroundtown hat für das internationale Logistikunternehmen DHL Express auf dem Grundstück Industriestraße 32-35 in Berlin-Tempelhof im Gewerbegebiet Teltowkanal-Süd, südlich des Tempelhofer Felds, eine Logistikhalle zusammen mit einem Verwaltungstrakt mit insgesamt rund 7.500 m² entwickelt. Das Objekt wurde von September 2019 bis Ende Oktober 2020 errichtet und die Übergabe an den Mieter erfolgte fristgerecht. Der Vertrag läuft über 15 Jahre.

Das Areal gehört zum Gewerbeimmobilienportfolio der Aroundtown SA und ist in der Industriestraße 32-35 in Berlin-Tempelhof direkt an der Stadtautobahn A 100 zwischen Berlins City und dem neuen Flughafen BER im Süden Berlins strategisch optimal gelegen. Es verfügt über eine optimale Anbindung an die Stadtautobahn und den Fernbahnhof Berlin-Südkreuz. Das Areal bietet zudem zusätzliche Entwicklungs- und Neubaumöglichkeiten für weitere Unternehmens-Ansiedlungen.

Aroundtown investiert in ertragsstarke Qualitätsimmobilien mit Wertschöpfungspotenzial an zentralen Standorten in europäischen Top-Städten vor allem in Deutschland und den Niederlanden. Aroundtown successfully developed in Berlin-Tempelhof around 7,500 m² of logistics and office space and leases for 15 years to the international logistics company DHL Express 

Aroundtown developed and built a logistics hall together with an office building with a total of around 7,500 m² for the international logistics company DHL Express on the Industriestraße 32-35 site in Berlin-Tempelhof in the Teltowkanal-Süd industrial area, south of the former city airport Tempelhof. The construction took place from September 2019 until end of October 2020 and was handed it over to the tenant on schedule. The contract has a term of 15 years.

The site is part of Aroundtown SA's commercial real estate portfolio and is strategically ideally located at Industriestraße 32-35 in Berlin-Tempelhof between Berlin's city center and the new BER airport in the south of Berlin. It has excellent access to the city highway and the long-distance train station Berlin-Südkreuz. The area also offers additional development and new construction opportunities for further company settlements.

Aroundtown invests in income generating quality properties that have potential for value-add in central locations mainly in Germany and the Netherlands.Avisco, (controlled by Yakir Gabay) holds 10% in Aroundtown followed by Blackrock at 5%.
