Aroundtown erhält für ein weiteres Objekt in Berlin die BREEAM-Zertifizierung für nachhaltige Gebäude: „Der Karl“ ist ein Bürogebäude voller Geschichte und Charakter in der Moderne. Das langgezogene Gebäude in der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 31/33 bietet Räume, die auf die Bedürfnisse der Unternehmen von heute zugeschnitten sind.
"Der Karl" liegt in bester Lage in Berlin-Mitte, einer der lebendigsten und dynamischsten Gegenden der Hauptstadt.
Das große Büroobjekt mit einer Fläche von 24.000 m² befindet sich in einem der besten Stadtzentren Berlins, dem zentralen Alexanderplatz. Aroundtown has received the BREEAM certification for sustainable buildings for another property in Berlin: “Der Karl” is an office building full of history and character in modern times. The elongated building at Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 31/33 offers spaces tailored to the needs of today’s companies.
"Der Karl" is located in the best area in Berlin-Mitte, one of the liveliest and most dynamic parts of the capital.
The large office property, covering 24,000 m², is situated in one of Berlin's best city centers, the central Alexanderplatz. The property is directly on one of Berlin's main traffic routes, which meets the other traffic arteries of the city at Alexanderplatz. In addition, Alexanderplatz is one of the most important public transport hubs in Berlin, served by numerous S-Bahn, U-Bahn, trams, and buses, connecting the property to Berlin’s airport and other districts of the city.
