Das Ensemble von Büroimmobilien in der Hugenottenallee 175 und der Frankfurter Straße 227-229 wurde mit dem BREEAM-Zertifikat ausgezeichnet. Das in sich geschlossene und gepflegte Areal besteht aus insgesamt drei voneinander getrennten Gebäuden. Jedes Gebäude ist erfolgreich zertifiziert.

Namhafte Mieter haben ihren deutschen Hauptsitz in diesem Gebäudekomplex: Unter anderem DuPont, ein globales Wissenschaftsunternehmen, welches innovative Materialien und Lösungen für Branchen wie Automobil, Elektronik, Gesundheit, Wasseraufbereitung und industrielle Anwendungen entwickelt. Mit Turay hat der Standort, ein Beratungsunternehmen in den Bereichen Unternehmensstrategie, Management, Buchhaltung, Prüfung, Steuern, Informationstechnologie und Finanzen.

Real estate complex in Neu-Isenburg certified: Aroundtown's office buildings at Hugenottenallee 175 and Frankfurter Straße 227-229 receive BREEAM certificate

The office property complex at Hugenottenallee 175 and Frankfurter Strasse 227-229 has been awarded the BREEAM certificate. The closed and well-kept area consists of a total of three separate buildings. Each building has been successfully certified.

Well-known tenants have their German headquarters in this building complex: Among others, DuPont, a global science company that develops innovative materials and solutions for industries such as automotive, electronics, health, water treatment and industrial applications. Turay, a consulting firm in the areas of corporate strategy, management, accounting, auditing, taxes, information technology and finance, is also located at the site.

The office buildings impress with their bright architecture, roof terraces and a car park with around 600 spaces. Up to six floors offer light-flooded individual offices and modern open-plan offices.

The office complex is strategically located between Frankfurt city centre and Frankfurt International Airport, the largest airport in Germany and one of the most important logistics hubs in the country. The building is easily accessible by car as it is located between the A3 and A661 motorways, both of which provide quick and direct access to the city centre, the airport and the motorway network of the metropolitan region. The property is also in close proximity to the central commercial area of Isenburg, which offers retail and restaurant facilities that serve local demand. The surrounding area consists mainly of residential and office space.
