Mit dem Abschluss eines Mietvertrages mit der gfg Gesellschaft für Gesundheitsfachberufe gGmbH (gfg) über knapp 1.700 m² gelingt Aroundtown die direkte Anschlussvermietung im Rostocker Zentrum. Damit ist das Objekt langfristig nahezu vollvermietet.

gfg, ein staatlich anerkanntes Aus- und Weiterbildungszentrum, bietet Aus- und Weiterbildung für Gesundheitsberufe an. Aroundtown concludes long-term lease agreement with educational institution

Direct follow-up lease for almost 1,700 m² in the center of Rostock

With the conclusion of a lease agreement with gfg Gesellschaft für Gesundheitsfachberufe gGmbH (gfg) for almost 1,700 m², Aroundtown has succeeded in concluding a direct follow-up lease in the center of Rostock. This means that the property is almost fully let in the long term.

gfg, a state-approved training and further education center, offers training and further education for health professions. The space, which is spread over several floors, will be used by gfg in the future for training and further education operations as well as for its own offices. Aroundtown's asset management team was on hand to advise the company on the planning for the customized expansion of the space. After completion of the conversion work, which has already begun, gfg will be handed over precisely tailored space that optimally suits the company's needs.
