Aroundtown has secured a long-term new lease for the property at Hugenottenallee 175 in Neu-Isenburg in greater Frankfurt. The tenant, one of the world's leading providers of communication and information systems for security-critical control centers, has leased around 640 sqm of office space.

The property at Hugenottenallee 175 is located at the end of the central main road that runs through Neu-Isenburg, making it easily accessible and highly visible. The property features high-quality fittings and has a BREEAM “Good” sustainability label, which underscores its energy-efficient construction.

The long-term re-letting is a significant success for Aroundtown.
