Zwei DAX-notierte Unternehmen, darunter Rheinmetall, bekennen sich mit zusätzlichen langfristigen Mietverträgen zum zentral gelegenen Industrieareal „Henschelplatz“.

Aroundtown hat sich am Standort Henschelplatz 1 in Kassel zwei bedeutende neue Mietverträge gesichert. Zwei DAX-notierte Unternehmen, darunter Rheinmetall, haben langfristige Mietverträge unterzeichnet, um ihre Präsenz an diesem Standort auszubauen.

Rheinmetall mietet zusätzliche 1.700 m² Bürofläche, während ein weiteres DAX-notiertes Unternehmen seine Flächen am Henschelplatz um rund 1.900 m² Lagerfläche erweitert. Insgesamt umfassen die neuen Mietverträge über 3.600 m² und unterstreichen die Attraktivität des Standorts. Aroundtown strengthens Kassel location with further long-term leases in the Henschelplatz industrial park: Two DAX-listed companies, including Rheinmetall, are committing to the centrally located “Henschelplatz” industrial area through additional long-term leases.

Aroundtown has secured two significant new leases at the Henschelplatz 1 site in Kassel. Two DAX-listed companies, including Rheinmetall have signed long-term rental agreements to extend their footprint in this location.

Rheinmetall is renting an additional 1,700 sqm of office space, while another DAX-listed company is expanding its presence at Henschelplatz by around 1,900 sqm of storage space. Altogether, the new leases cover more than 3,600 sqm, underlining the attractiveness of the location. “Henschelplatz” combines a central urban location in Kassel with versatile usage options for office, storage, and production space. With excellent transport connections and proximity to the city center, the site offers optimal conditions for companies across diverse industries.
