Aroundtown verlängert erfolgreich den Mietvertrag mit Bosch über ca. 6.800 m² und stellt damit die Vollvermietung der Büroimmobilie in Stuttgart sicher

Die Verlängerung des Mietvertrages über ca. 6.800 m² im Objekt „Solaris“ in Stuttgart-Vaihingen zwischen Aroundtown und Bosch wurde erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Das Objekt mit insgesamt 13.600 m² ist damit weiterhin voll vermietet.

Aroundtown ist über die erfolgreiche Kooperation mit dem strategischen Mieter zum wiederholten Mal erfreut.

Das moderne Gebäude mit dem Alleinstellungsmerkmal einer besonderen technischen Infrastruktur in der Heßbrühlstraße verfügt über eine Tiefgarage, Erdgeschoss und fünf Obergeschosse. Aroundtown successfully extends lease with Bosch for approx. 6,800 sqm, ensuring full occupancy of office property in Stuttgart

Aroundtown and Bosch successfully concluded an extension of the lease agreement for approx. 6,800 sqm in the "Solaris" property in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. The office property with a total of 13,600 sqm remains thus still fully leased. 

Aroundtown is once again pleased with the successful cooperation with its strategic tenant.

The modern building with the unique selling point of a special technical infrastructure in Heßbrühlstrasse has an underground car park, first floor and five upper floors. The property is located in the southwest of Stuttgart's city center in the immediate vicinity of the A8 and A81 freeways and offers direct connections to Stuttgart's city center and Stuttgart Airport via the "Vaihingen" S-Bahn and subway station, which are within walking distance, and a bus line that runs in front of the property. In the immediate vicinity are locations of major German companies such as Siemens, Dekra, Daimler and others.
