Aroundtown vermietet rund 1.600 m² Bürofläche in zentraler Innenstadtlage von Hannover neu
Aroundtown hat im Office Tower, Lange Laube 31 in 30159 Hannover, einen langfristigen Mietvertrag über knapp 1.600 m² Bürofläche abgeschlossen. Neuer Mieter ist ein niedersächsischer Bildungsdienstleister. Die Vermietung bestätigt die stabile Nachfrage nach gut angebundenen, innerstädtischen Büroflächen. Die angemieteten Flächen erstrecken sich über das 7. und 9. Obergeschoss des Gebäudes. Der neue Mieter wird die Flächen künftig für persönliche Beratungsleistungen sowie für Einzelcoachings im Rahmen von Aus- und Weiterbildungsangeboten nutzen. Die Anmietung wurde durch JLL vermittelt.
Die Immobilie liegt in der Langen Laube im Stadtteil Hannover-Mitte, nur wenige Gehminuten von den Stadtbahnhaltestellen Steintor und Königsworther Platz entfernt, zwei wichtigen Verkehrsknotenpunkten. Auch der Hauptbahnhof sowie die Innenstadt sind schnell erreichbar. Aroundtown leases approx. 1,600 sqm of office space in prime central Hanover location
Aroundtown has signed a long-term lease for just under 1,600 sqm of office space at the Office Tower property, Lange Laube 31 in 30159 Hanover. The new tenant is a Lower Saxony-based education services provider. The letting reflects continued stable demand for well-connected office space in central urban locations. The leased premises span the 7th and 9th floors of the building. The new tenant will use the space for personal consulting services as well as one-on-one coaching sessions as part of its education and training programs. The transaction was brokered by JLL.
The property is located on Lange Laube in Hanover’s Mitte district, just a few minutes’ walk from the Steintor and Königsworther Platz light rail stations, two of the city’s key transport hubs. Hanover Central Station and the city centre are also easily accessible. The immediate surroundings are characterised by a mix of office, service, retail and food & beverage uses, as well as the close proximity to Leibniz University Hanover.
The building is BREEAM-certified, an international sustainability assessment method for the environmental and social performance of buildings. An on-site concierge service further enhances the tenant experience. In addition, a photovoltaic system is scheduled to be installed on the roof in 2026 to further improve the property’s energy efficiency.
The successful new letting highlights the attractiveness of the location for user-oriented office concepts in central urban areas. Aroundtown provides its commercial tenants with a comprehensive range of services, including dedicated on-site contacts and a central 24/7 service centre.
