Aroundtown vermietet zusätzliche 7.500 m² langfristig an DAX-Konzern im Industriepark Mittelfeld in Kassel
Namhaftes Unternehmen erweitert signifikant seine Flächen am Standort Henschelplatz 1 in Kassel
Aroundtown wird eine weitere Halle mit 7.500 m² auf dem Industriepark Mittelfeld für seinen bestehenden Mieter, einen DAX-Konzern, bauen. Dies ist der vierte Neubau, den Aroundtown auf diesem Areal verwirklicht und der ebenso wie die vorherigen bereits vor Baubeginn an Bestandsmieter vermietet wurde. Damit unterstützt Aroundtown abermals seine Mieter in ihren Expansionsplänen und stärkt das Areal zugleich als bedeutenden Logistik- und Produktionsstandort. Die Fertigstellung und Inbetriebnahme der neuen Halle ist für 2028 vorgesehen, vorbereitende Maßnahmen laufen bereits.
Die angemietete Fläche umfasst eine moderne Logistik- und Lagerhalle mit ergänzenden Büroflächen. Der Mieter profitiert von einer guten Verkehrsanbindung mit schneller Erreichbarkeit der Autobahnen A7, A44 und A49 sowie der Nähe zum Flughafen Kassel-Calden.

Aroundtown leases an additional 7,500 sqm on a long-term basis to a DAX-listed company at the Industriepark Mittelfeld in Kassel
Renowned company significantly expands its space at the Henschelplatz 1 location in Kassel
Aroundtown will construct an additional 7,500 sqm hall at Industriepark Mittelfeld for its existing tenant, a DAX-listed corporation. This marks the fourth new development that Aroundtown has realized at the site, and, like the previous projects, the building has already been leased to existing tenants prior to the start of construction. Once again, Aroundtown is supporting its tenants in their expansion plans while further strengthening the site as a key logistics and production hub. Completion and commissioning of the new hall are scheduled for 2028, with preparatory measures already underway.
The leased space comprises a modern logistics and warehouse hall, complemented by office areas. The tenant benefits from excellent transport connections, with quick access to the A7, A44, and A49 motorways, as well as proximity to Kassel-Calden Airport.
