Aroundtown veröffentlicht den nicht-finanziellen Bericht 2021
Nachhaltige Stärkung und langfristige Investitionen für Umwelt, soziale Verantwortung und Corporate Governance
Als drittgrößtes börsennotiertes Immobilienunternehmen Europas investiert Aroundtown langfristig und nachhaltig in das Umweltengagement und stärkt weiterhin soziale und unternehmerische Verantwortung.
Im nichtfinanziellen Bericht 2021 beschreibt Aroundtown die Herangehensweise des Managements an ESG, die für das Verständnis von Entwicklung, Leistung und Position des Unternehmens wesentlich ist und die Grundlage für Aroundtowns Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie bildet.
Darüber hinaus gibt der nicht-finanzielle Bericht Einblicke darin, was in diesen Bereichen im Jahr 2021 erreicht wurde. So konnte Aroundtown im Berichtsjahr die starke Leistung beibehalten und die wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren verbessern. Auch im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien wurden deutliche Fortschritte erzielt. Darüber hinaus hat Aroundtown die Planung für den Ausbau weiterer Kapazitäten für Energieprojekte vorangetrieben.
Der Bericht wurde in Übereinstimmung mit den Richtlinien der Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), den EPRA Sustainability Best Practice Recommendations (EPRA sBPR) und den Offenlegungsanforderungen der wichtigsten anlegerorientierten ESG-Benchmarks, an denen Aroundtown teilnimmt, erstellt.

Aroundtown publishes its Non-Financial Report 2021
Sustainable strengthening and long-term investment for the environment, social responsibility and corporate governance
As Europe's third largest listed real estate company, Aroundtown is making long-term, sustainable investments in its commitment to the environment and continues to strengthen its social and governance responsibilities.
In its non-financial report, Aroundtown describes its management approach to environmental, social and governance issues that are essential to understanding its development, performance and position. This forms the basis for Aroundtown's sustainability strategy.
Furthermore, the non-financial report provides insights into activities on these topics and what was implemented in these areas in 2021. For example, Aroundtown maintained its strong performance in the reporting year and key performance indicators improved. Significant progress was also made in the area of renewable energy. In addition, planning for further expansion of capacity for energy projects progressed.
The report has been prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines, the EPRA Sustainability Best Practice Recommendations (EPRA sBPR) and the disclosure requirements of the main investor-focused ESG benchmarks in which Aroundtown participates.
