Aroundtowns Tochtergesellschaft TLG schließt Baumaßnahmen für ein 15.000 m² großes Büroobjekt in Dresden erfolgreich ab

Aroundtowns Tochtergesellschaft TLG hat die Baumaßnahmen für das Büroobjekt NEO im Dresdner Stadtteil Neustadt erfolgreich abgeschlossen, nachdem das Unternehmen Mitte 2019 die Baugenehmigung erhalten hatte. Derzeit erfolgt die Abnahme und TLG erwartet, dass das Büro im Januar planmäßig eröffnet wird. Das Büroobjekt, welches über rd. 15.000 m² Mietfläche verfügt, ist bereits zu ca. 70 % für durchschnittlich 10 Jahre an ein internationales Blue-Chip Unternehmen und an eine bundeseigene Gesellschaft vermietet. Für die verbleibenden ca. 30 % befindet sich TLG derzeit in fortgeschrittenen Verhandlungen.

NEO steht für Neustadt, Effizienz & Offices in exzellenter Lage. Geschaffen wurden insgesamt rd. 15.000 m² Mietfläche, zertifiziert nach dem LEED Gold-Standard für ökologisches Bauen, sowie 132 Pkw-Stellplätze. Aroundtown’s subsidiary TLG announces successful construction completion for a 15k sqm office property in Dresden

Aroundtown,through its subsidiary TLG Immobilien AG, successfully completed construction work on the office property NEO in Dresden's Neustadt district. TLG received planning permission in mid-2019 and the team was able to execute the construction according to plan without any delay. The 15,000 sqm office property has apre-let ratio of approx. 70% to an international blue-chip company and a government tenantfor an average of 10 years. The remaining 30% are currently under advanced negotiations.
