Bruggebouw office building in Amsterdam: Lease extension with the municipality of Amsterdam

The municipality of Amsterdam renewed their lease for the Bruggebouw office building in Amsterdam and remains the tenant of an area of 1,544 sqm. The property is part of Aroundtown's Dutch property portfolio. The building is BREEAM certified, as is Aroundtown's entire Dutch office portfolio.

The Bruggebouw is located in the western part of Amsterdam, in the lively Bos en Lommer district. The direct neighbourhood is characterised by a diverse mix of apartments, offices, shops and restaurants.

The offices in Bruggebouw Noord are prestigious and modern in design, with an industrial look that emphasises the location on Bos en Lommerplein in Amsterdam-West. The building has an excellent location right next to the S104/S105 exit of the A10 motorway. There is also a direct connection to the central station, with a journey time of around 25 minutes. In addition, several bus lines run from the bus stop in front of the building in the direction of Sloterdijk station and the main railway station.

De gemeente Amsterdam heeft haar huurcontract voor het kantoorgebouw Bruggebouw in Amsterdam verlengd en blijft huurder van een oppervlakte van 1.544 m². Het pand maakt deel uit van de Nederlandse vastgoedportefeuille van Aroundtown. Het gebouw is BREEAM-gecertificeerd, net als de gehele Nederlandse kantorenportefeuille van Aroundtown.

Het Bruggebouw ligt in het westelijke deel van Amsterdam, in de levendige wijk Bos en Lommer. De directe omgeving wordt gekenmerkt door een gevarieerde mix van appartementen, kantoren, winkels en restaurants.
