Aroundtown has signed a new lease for approximately 5,600 sqm at Coolse Poort in Rotterdam. The new tenant is one of the largest grid operators in the Netherlands. It is responsible for the construction, management and maintenance of electricity and gas distribution networks, providing essential energy infrastructure to more than two million households and businesses.

Maastricht University (UM) has leased the entire building, which comprises a total area of 4,640 sqm and 74 parking spaces. The municipality of Amsterdam renewed their lease for the Bruggebouw office building in Amsterdam and remains the tenant of an area of 1,544 sqm. The property is part of Aroundtown's Dutch property portfolio. The building is BREEAM certified, as is Aroundtown's entire Dutch office portfolio.

Aroundtown, in agreement with the Municipality of Arnhem, has extended the lease agreement for the long term. The municipality will remain in the office building with a total floor area of 14,400 sqm.
