Die Expert:innen von Aroundtown erreichen mit zwei neuen und namhaften Mietern einen langfristigen Vermietungserfolg am Sachsendamm in Berlin-Schöneberg. Neue Mieter sind die Berliner Senatsverwaltung für Bildung, Jugend und Familie (SenBJF) sowie ein Software-Unternehmen für Medizintechnik. Zusammen belegen die beiden Unternehmen rund 5.000 m² Bürofläche. Mit den zwei neuen Mietern ist das Bürogebäude PLATINUM Berlin nun nahezu vollvermietet.
Das PLATINUM ist ein modernes Bürogebäude in Berlin-Schöneberg, das mit seiner markanten silbernen Fassade auffällt. Der geschwungene Baukörper des PLATINUM, der sich pyramidenartig bis zum 10. Geschoss verjüngt, verfügt insgesamt über 17.000 m² Bürofläche. Die Innenausstattung entspricht einem modernen Bürostandard mit flexiblen Büroflächen und unterschiedlichen Raumkonzepten von Open Space bis zu klassischen Einzelbüros.
Das Büroobjekt liegt zentral am Berliner Sachsendamm 2-7 mit direkter Anbindung an die Stadtautobahn A100 sowie den Flughafen BER. Das PLATINUM ist zudem direkt an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden und über den Fernbahnhof Berlin-Südkreuz, den S-Bahnhof Schöneberg sowie verschiedene Buslinien erreichbar.

Aroundtown achieves full letting at Sachsendamm
Aroundtown's experts have achieved long-term leasing success at Sachsendamm in Berlin-Schöneberg with two new and well-known tenants. The new tenants are the Berlin Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family (SenBJF) and a software company for medical technology. Together, the two companies take up approximately 5,000 sqm of office space. With the two new tenants, the PLATINUM Berlin office building is now almost fully leased.
PLATINUM is a modern office building in Berlin-Schöneberg that stands out with its striking silver facade. The curved structure of PLATINUM, which tapers pyramid-like to the 10th floor, has a total of 17,000 sqm of office space. The interior design corresponds to a modern office standard with flexible office spaces and different room concepts ranging from open space to classic individual offices.
The office property is centrally located at Berlin's Sachsendamm 2-7 with direct access to the A100 city highway and BER Airport. PLATINUM is also directly connected to public transport and can be reached via the long-distance train station Berlin-Südkreuz, the S-Bahn station Schöneberg and various bus lines.
