Ein weiterer erfolgreicher Mietabschluss für Aroundtown: In Berlin-Steglitz verlängert der städtische Mieter, das Gesundheitsamt Steglitz-Zehlendorf, seinen Vertrag um zehn Jahre und bleibt weiterhin Mieter in der rund 1.300 m² großen Bürofläche in der Robert-Lück-Str. 5.

Das 7.000 m² große, imposante Backsteingebäude wurde Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts errichtet und befindet sich im Zentrum des Berliner Bezirks Steglitz.

Aroundtown extends tenant for the next 10 years

Another successful lease for Aroundtown: In Berlin-Steglitz, a public tenant, the Steglitz-Zehlendorf Health Department, has renewed its lease by 10 years and will remain a tenant in the approximately 1,300 m² office space at Robert-Lück-Str. 5.

The distinct red brick architectural style 7,000 sqm office building was constructed at the beginning of the 20th century and is located in the center of the Berlin district Steglitz.

The property is located around the corner of the Rathaus Steglitz, the district’s municipal hall. The location near the popular shopping mile Schloßstraße is characterized by retail, office and residential development and is optimally connected to public transport. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Rathaus Steglitz can be reached within a 5-minute walk. Within a 5-minute drive one can reach the highway A103, which leads to the city highway A100.
