Universitätsmedizin Mainz zieht in Bonifazius-Türme
Die Universitätsmedizin der Johannes-Gutenberg-Universität Mainz mietet für 10 Jahre rund 1.700 m² über drei Stockwerke sowie eine Archivfläche in den Bonifazius-Türmen in der Mainzer Innenstadt an. Die direkte und langfristige Anschlussvermietung in dem zentral gelegenen Komplex ist ein Vermietungserfolg der Expert:innen von Aroundtown.

University Medical Center Mainz moves into the Bonifazius Towers
The University Medical Center of the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz is leasing around 1,700 m² over three floors and an archive area in the Bonifazius Towers in downtown Mainz for 10 years. The direct and long-term follow-on lease in the centrally located complex is a leasing success for Aroundtown's experts.
The two Bonifazius towers, which are over 80 meters high, have a total of over 30,000 m² of office space spread over 23 floors. They offer flexible floor plans for use as individual offices, combined solutions or open-plan offices. An underground parking garage connects the two towers.
The Bonifazius Towers are among the largest commercial properties in Mainz and are a prominent feature of the cityscape. The well-known landmark property is centrally located in downtown Mainz, right next to Mainz main train station. In addition to numerous long-distance trains, regional trains as well as suburban trains, there are stops for buses and streetcars on the station forecourt. Restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are within walking distance. Frankfurt airport is about 25 minutes away.
