SEFE Securing Energy for Europe and ADNOC have signed a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the long-term supply of low-carbon liquefied natural gas (LNG) from the Ruwais LNG plant in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) expected to start in 2028.
