Vollvermietung für Büroobjekt in Erfurts Stadtzentrum - Aroundtown schließt drei Mietverträge über insgesamt 10.000 m²
Mit drei weiteren Mietverträgen ist das BüroHaus am Schmidtstedter Tor im Zentrum von Erfurt langfristig voll vermietet. Aroundtown hat eine Einrichtung der öffentlichen Hand überzeugt, knapp 8.000 qm für den Zeitraum von 12 Jahren anzumieten und als repräsentativen Hauptsitz zu nutzen. Darüber hinaus wird die Debeka Krankenversicherung rund 1.200 qm Büroflache für 10 Jahre nutzen. Die bereits im Objekt ansässige Deutsche Bahn vergrößert sich und mietet zusätzlich knapp 900 m² an.
Möglich wurde dieser Erfolg durch zielgerichtete Asset Management-Aktivitäten der Aroundtown-Experten.
Das BüroHaus am Schmidtstedter Tor in der Weimarischen Straße 42-46 in 99099 Erfurt befindet sich in zentraler Innenstadtlage, fußläufig zum Erfurter Hauptbahnhof und mit direkter Anbindung an Bus und Straßenbahn. Den Flughafen erreicht man in 20 Minuten. Das Objekt besteht aus fünf Gebäudeteilen mit jeweils sechs Stockwerken. Auf einer Bürofläche von insgesamt 23.000 m² bietet das BüroHaus moderne und flexible Büroflächen sowie ausreichend PKW-Stellplätze für Mieter und Besucher.

Full leasing for office property in Erfurt city center -
Aroundtown concludes three leases for a total of 10,000 sqm
With three more leases, the BüroHaus at Schmidtstedter Tor in the center of Erfurt is fully let on a long-term basis. Aroundtown has convinced a public sector institution to lease just under 8,000 sqm for the period of 12 years and use it as its representative headquarters. In addition, Debeka Krankenversicherung will use around 1,200 sqm of office space for 10 years. Deutsche Bahn, which is already based in the property, is expanding and leasing an additional almost 900 sqm.
This success was made possible by targeted asset management activities by Aroundtown experts.
The BüroHaus am Schmidtstedter Tor at Weimarischen Strasse 42-46 in 99099 Erfurt is centrally located in the city center, within walking distance of Erfurt's main train station and with direct bus and streetcar connections. The airport can be reached in 20 minutes. The property consists of five building sections, each with six floors. With a total office space of 23,000 m², the BüroHaus offers modern and flexible office space as well as sufficient parking spaces for tenants and visitors.
