I juni følger en plug-in-hybrid udgave med en samlet ydelse på 224 hestekræfter, et forbrug på 47,6 km/l og CO2-udledning på kun 49 g/km.
Søndagens DTM løb på Hockenheim i Tyskland blev endnu en succes for BMW. Marco Wittmann (26) vandt for anden gang titlen og er dermed den yngste kører nogensinde, der har vundet titlen to gange.
