Invitation Catalonia is sport 27th to 30th September
The Catalan Tourist Board, within the framework of the Catalunya reStart Turisme 2021 strategy, has started an action plan to consolidate and recover both the national and international european tourism demand. For this reason, we are relaunching once more the Buy Catalunya, that we want to hold from the 27th to the 30th of September 2021.
- Catalonia has a great sports tradition with top-class facilities such as the Olympic Ring of the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, or Camp Nou, FC Barcelona’s stadium.
- Catalonia has the perfect climate for open air sports activities all year round, and also stands out for its ability to organise large international sporting events. It is therefore, a preferential destination not only for elite sportspeople, professionals or amateurs who participate in championships, but also for tourists who love great sports events.
