Danish Agro koncernens datterselskab, Vilomix Holding A/S, der også er ejet af grovvareselskaberne Agravis, Vestjyllands Andel og NAG, har netop indgået aftale om overtagelse af det spanske premix- og mineralselskab TEGASA (Técnica Ganadera S.L). Overtagelsen er effektueret pr. 2. september 2021.
Danish Agro har et strategisk fokus på plantebaserede fødevarer og har netop indgået aftale om køb af 70 % af hampefrø-virksomheden Møllerup Brands. Møllerup Brands dyrker, forarbejder, udvikler og sælger hampefrøprodukter, der blandt andet bruges til fødevarer.
