Superstruct Entertainment enters investment and partnership agreement with Down The Drain Group

Superstruct Entertainment (“Superstruct”) has entered into an investment and partnership agreement with Down The Drain Group (“Down The Drain”), the biggest independent concert and festival organizer in Denmark. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Down The Drain produces and promotes some of the largest festivals in Denmark, including NorthSide, Tinderbox and various other original live entertainment events (“Down The Drain Concerts”), which runs over 200 one-day concerts and events annually.

Under terms of the agreement, the day-to-day management of Down The Drain will continue to be led by Brian Nielsen, Flemming Myllerup and Mads Sørensen.

Down The Drain Group is the biggest independent concert and festival organizer in Denmark.

NorthSide has been voted Europe’s best medium sized festival in 2018. The festival takes place in Aarhus June 6^th-8^th 2019 and hosts 100.000 guests. NorthSide is expected to sell out in 2019.

Tinderbox hosts 130.000 guests, and takes place in Odense, Funen on June 27^th–29^th 2019. Tinderbox is expected to sell out in 2019.

Down The Drain Concerts is one of Denmark’s biggest concert promoters featuring primarily international artists, including Ed Sheeran in Odense, Denmark July 27th and 28th.
