Meet Tobias Rosenthal, one of our young leaders in Duni Group working as People & Culture Manager and Managing Director in Bramsche, Germany π
π₯ What has your career path looked like in the company?
I started at Duni already back in 2008 as a trainee. The years really pass by quickly as I am now entering my 14th year and 6th position after working with for example recruitment, as a HR business partner, and People & Culture Manager. It has been intense years constantly learning new things along the way. When I got offered my current position, I felt it was perfect timing as I was ready for a new challenge and being a People & Culture and Managing Director is surely that.
π₯ What areas of your role do you find most inspiring?
I think it is working with recruitment and our company culture. When recruiting I get to meet people from all over the world that gives me a lot of energy and it makes me happy to see how new relationships come to life through engagement from all employees. Since last year Duni Group have an updated purpose, vision, and values that I focus a lot on in my daily work as to how we can make it all come to life within the organization, from our co-workers in the factory to the management teams. It can for sure be a challenge, but a fun one!
π₯ You are one of the leaders of our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion board, tell us more about that
Yes, I am. I was eager to join the group as I am passionate about these topics. It is of essence to build diverse and strong teams and develop a company culture that promotes diversity in all areas. We are an international company that is strengthened by our different experiences from all around the world. In the ED&I board we focus on actions to ensure equality and training programs to create the best possible foundation for a fair an inclusive organization.
π₯ Your favorite product?
My heart beats for operations and very well printed and nicely designed napkins. I find it most interesting with products that you can follow through our entire value chain, from the tissue reel to the finished product on the shelves.
