Jewellery brand Edblad has evolved with strength and style since its founding almost 20 years ago. Vibrant and with genuine intentions, designing long lasting jewellery beyond trends, with the aim of becoming a Swedish jewellery icon on the global market. When designer duo Cathrine and Hans Edblad launched the company in 2006, their aim was to create high quality jewellery in timeless designs that empowered women. The result was the perfect combination of contemporary design and an exciting new material, stainless steel. Some of Edblad’s first collections are still best sellers today.

A global icon in the making

Today, Edblad is Sweden’s number one jewellery brand. A design driven company with a philosophy that captures effortless Swedish minimalism in accessible, modern jewellery.

Edblad’s collection consists of a wide range of classic jewellery staples. All completely nickel safe and water- resistant and safe to wear and enjoy all day. Sprinkled into this, is seasonal fashion for parties and gifting. Always on trend, with great statement pieces, handset stones and attention to detail. Edblad also offers a line of elevated fashion pieces in Sterling silver.

Lending a hand

Since the start, Edblad have worked with human rights organizations like The Rainbow Fund, Pride, Plan International and Unicef etc. Each year, as a part of their charity program Helping Hand, they create a collection where a portion of the sales go to one of these organizations.

Social advocacy, inclusion and giving back are a part of our DNA and extends far beyond our products, says Sara Althini, Brand Director at Edblad.

The Edblad customer is genuine, generous, and mindful about people and the environment. Over the years, the Edblad community has grown into a dedicated and diverse group of individuals.

We have grown with them, reflecting them, into what now is an organisation run predominately by women, for women, says Eva Boding, CEO and co-owner of Edblad since 2018.

From nature, for nature

Making sustainability a guiding force for their designs, from sourcing to production, is natural for Edblad. The premium 316L water-resistant stainless steel with PVD plating in the designs is long-lasting and sustainable and can be recycled endlessly. This makes production efficient, with a lower environmental impact and less waste than many other metal alloys.
