PRESS TRIP: Benidorm Smart Destination + Safety

The Spanish Tourist Office and Visit Benidorm are organising a press trip to Benidorm (Alicante) to show how the city has become the first tourist smart destination in Spain and how they are managing the situation with Covid-19 to make the city a safe place. This trip is addressed to journalists publishing in general media.

The trip will take place on 28th September – 1st October 2021 and participation will be free of charge for the attendants. During the trip, the participants will meet Visit Benidorm’s staff and visit their office. There will be other activities such as an E-bike tour, a boat tour and strolls around the city. 

If you meet the selection criteria and you are interested in attending this trip, please contact eduardo.aracil@tourspain.es for further information as well as a preliminary program for the trip. The deadline for application is 5th September 2021.

Please, note that the number of participants is very limited and that we will follow a policy of first come, first served when assigning the available places.

Strategy and investment of Paradores de Turismo de España S.A (the company running the state-owned hotel network)
TURESPAÑA carries out its activity abroad through the network of Spanish Tourism Offices (Oficinas Españolas de Turismo), which depend on Spain’s embassies and consulates.
