From the Spanish Tourist Office we invite you to be part of the press trip to Madrid on the occasion of the XXII edition of Madrid Fusión, the international gastronomy congress that will take place from January 29-31, 2024.
🍽️ Under the theme "Where it all begins", we will explore the role of water in the kitchen, with fascinating presentations, innovative projects such as the World Arctic Seed Bank and tributes to the great master knifemakers.
For the past two decades, Madrid Fusión has been the starting point, the place where culinary excellence originates and begins. The epicenter where emerging talent, knowledge and innovation meet.

📝 The trip is addressed to journalists and influencers specialised in gastronomy publishing, to be part of this unique experience. Priority for print, radio, TV, etc.
