Hedin Automotive AG in Switzerland has entered into an agreement to acquire the BMW dealer H.P. Schmid AG’s operations located in the northern Zürich area, further strengthening the company's position as the second largest BMW and MINI dealer in Switzerland.

Hedin Automotive stärkt mit der Übernahme des Geschäftsstandorts der H.P. Schmid AG seine Position als einer der grössten BMW- und MINI Händler in der Schweiz

Die Hedin Automotive Schweiz AG hat eine Vereinbarung zur Übernahme des Geschäftsstandorts der H.P. Schmid AG, in Bachenbülach, im Zürcher Unterland getroffen. Damit wird die Position des Unternehmens als zweitgrösste BMW und MINI Händlergruppe in der Schweiz weiter gestärkt.
